Location is fantastic, with easy access to attractions. Loved the evening popcorn and the chance for kids to feed ducks. Our room was clean but really cramped. The breakfast could use more variety. Staff was friendly, yet there's room for improvement in housekeeping standards.

Very clean rooms and a great breakfast with various options. Enjoyed feeding ducks by the river. Wished the pool stayed open later. Kids loved the evening popcorn and the activities offered. Staff were helpful but one was a bit off-putting.

Rooms were spacious and mostly clean, though we did find some quirks like a cramped bathroom and a few cleanliness issues. The indoor pool looked inviting, but we didn't have a chance to swim. Breakfast was convenient and had varied options, perfect for starting the day. The staff was friendly, although the noise level at night could be disruptive. Despite some minor flaws, the overall experience was enjoyable, and we would likely return.

I appreciated the extended checkout time at 11:00, making for a relaxed departure. The breakfast options could have offered more variety for those with dietary restrictions.

Check-in is a breeze and the fire pit is perfect for family fun. The staff goes above and beyond with lovely Christmas decorations and a great breakfast.
Slightly noisy door slamming from the stairs kept us up at night.

The staff was friendly and the location was convenient. Breakfast options were varied, and the indoor/outdoor breakfast room was a nice touch.
The rooms were not as clean as expected. Stained mattresses and a roach sighting were major turn-offs.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. Room was very clean with all the amenities like a fridge, microwave, and a nice shower. The outdoor fire pit was a nice touch. Free breakfast was awesome with plenty of options, and those complimentary cookies were a hit. Great location near attractions. Loved the views of the river.

The hotel had prime location in the heart of the town, making it easy to access all attractions. The amenities were plentiful, including a lovely buffet breakfast and a cozy seating area by the river. The staff, especially John, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. the indoor pool and whirlpool were perfect for unwinding after a long day of sightseeing.
The room's lighting was lacking, with only a dim ceiling light and a couple of lamps. The bed was uncomfortably stiff, leading to a restless night's sleep.

The room was a letdown. It felt sticky and humid, even with the AC cranked up. The bathroom was cramped, making it awkward for two. Plus, the breakfast options were just okay, lacking fresh fruit and variety. So frustrating!

Friendly, accommodating staff made the experience enjoyable. The property was spotless, and amenities were plentiful. Free breakfast was varied, though inconsistency in service stood out. Loved the cookies and popcorn by the firepit; a great way to unwind. Rooms were comfortable, but the layout felt cramped. The lack of a bathtub was a letdown after a long day. Noise from the hallway disrupted sleep, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant atmosphere. One glaring issue was cleanliness related to pests, which needs addressing. An exercise area would have added value. Still, I’d return, and I plan to bring more family. The location is perfect, and the inside pool is a nice bonus.

The hotel is right on the river, making it a beautiful spot for a relaxing walk, and it's just a short stroll from many wonderful attractions like MagiQuest and Pigeon Forge Snow, with plenty of great restaurants like Bullfish Grill and Brick and Spoon within walking distance;

The room was clean and noise-free, perfect for working. Loved the USB ports in the lamp for easy charging; made my life simpler.
It wasn’t the cheapest option around, but totally worth it.

The Inn on the River is the perfect location in Pigeon Forge for a relaxing and memorable family reunion getaway in the Smoky Mountains. With popular attractions like Dollywood and the Titanic Museum nearby, along with complimentary kid-friendly activities and cozy board game nights, our family had the time of our lives exploring the best of the area in a warm and welcoming setting.
My kids wished for more playground options on-site.

We hit up Dollywood and Splash Country - total adrenaline rush! The hotel hooked us up with board games and popcorn, so chill! The staff were so dope, sharing wild stories. Ready for round 2!
Needs more late-night party vibes, like a sick game room or DJ!.

The location of our hotel was perfect, close to all the attractions. The indoor pool and hot tub were a great way to relax after a busy day. The balcony overlooking the river was a lovely spot to unwind. The 24/7 popcorn, coffee, and hot chocolate were delightful. The breakfast had a wide variety of food and was always well-stocked, even during busy times. I'll recommend this hotel.

The pools and live theaters were outstanding. The hotel provided relaxing amenities for everyone. I enjoyed the variety of outdoor activities nearby. The hot tub was a highlight for me.
I absolutely loved feeling ignored by the front desk staff. It gave the stay a touch of mystery and excitement.

I loved the peaceful and quiet room, with hardly any noise from outside or the hallway. The river view from the balcony was a nice touch, and the all-white linens added a touch of luxury. The outdoor seating area during breakfast was lovely, and there was a great variety of food to choose from. I did notice a few areas that could use improvement. The hotel felt a bit dated, and it was a bit confusing to navigate at times. The pools were smaller than what I'm used to, and the breakfast, while offering plenty of choices, was lacking in taste. my experience at The Inn was pleasant, but there were some aspects that could be enhanced to make it an even better stay.

first time staying at this place and it won't be the last! it was perfect for walking to near by restaurants , shops etc. the room we had was on the river side. we had a patio with two chairs that i loved sitting and watching and feeding the ducks and geese. room was spacious as was the bathroom. staff was friendly and helpful. we will be back.

this place is amazing! the room was super clean and comfy, and the location is great for exploring the mountains. the staff was so friendly and even gave my kids a little goodie bag. we loved the freshly made cookies and the popcorn in the evenings – such a nice touch!
Would be happy to recommend.
